Order Cancellation Policy

You are permitted to cancel your order and receive a refund prior to its shipment. After the order has been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive before starting the return procedure.

Product Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are in new condition within 30 days of receipt.

For purchases made between November 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, the return period is extended to 60 days.

  2. After receiving authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Utilize the return label included in your shipment. Returns come at no cost to you.
  4. We will process returns within 5 business days upon receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Fees

There are no fees for returns. No restocking charges will be incurred.

Refund Procedure

Refunds that are approved will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

  • Examine your bank account.
  • Reach out to your credit card issuer, as processing times may differ.
  • If you still don't see the refund, contact your bank.

Both regular and discounted items are eligible for refunds and returns, as long as they comply with the return criteria mentioned above.

Item Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To start an exchange, please contact us at Support@Sonfan.shop. The delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
